Fred always took care to look good when he went out, very dapper. A good friend & neighbor. He will be missed.
Fred was my boss at Marine Midland Bank. He was incredibly supportive of my desire to find a teaching job. When I finally landed an interview at Liverpool, he graciously gave me the time off, lots of encouragement, and did not insist on a two week notice. My respect for him was so great that when I was offered the job at Liverpool, I insisted on giving the bank a two week notice and the school accepted that. Another great memory of Fred was his love of opera. We once traveled together to a performance in Binghamton. He was a very dear man. I have never known anyone to surpass this very snappy dresser! He always looked so professional. I was saddened to read of his passing. My sympathies go out to his friends and caregivers.
Fred I will miss your quick remarks, going out for coffee and your wonderful meals and muffins you made although I will miss you I am glad your not suffering any longer
The fun we used to have and the many laughs will be remembered the rest of my life.

Richard
Uncle Fred will be dearly missed. I am saddened by his passing but comforted that he was so well taken care of at the Francis House. I have so many fun memories of times together and many laughs. Many thanks to Richard and Frank who were with him until the end.
Fred always brightened my day and was one of those customers that I always looked forward to seeing each day. He will be greatly missed.

I loved his wit, he always made me laugh. I will miss you Uncle Fred.
Perry, whose nickname from Fred was "Mark," and I have cherished our friendship with Fred since Citibank days, beginning in 1976. It is a joy for us to light a candle for Fred at this time, and forever, and add them to the candles we lit together across the miles, as we now live in Greenville, SC, when we would celebrate his birthday every year over the telephone. Fred's voice, humor, love and peace will be with us always.
We always enjoyed our trips to Syracuse to visit and always laughed when Uncle Fred, Uncle Jim, Aunt Fran, Aunt Ev and our Dad (George)would have their "arguments". Now that they are all together again they can continue! God Bless!
Love, JoAnne, Mary Lou & Jim
My Dear Fred, I will miss not speaking to you, and your dry sense of humor. You were a dear friend, lots of good memories and lots of laughs. No more worries or pain for you my dear.

Fred was my Fathers cousins and when the younger kids would become adults Fred was the adult to go to for getting started with banking needs. If he could not help he'd advise which bank to go to to get help. He always made time for us. As a young adult I can remember some fun happy hours spent with him and his fellow bankers and business people in downtown Syracuse.
Fred will always be a wonderful, happy and loving memory in my life. We shared many of laughs and I will never forget him. May your memories comfort you in time.

Fred will be missed so much by me. he always came to Wegmans Dewitt were I work and come threw my line and visit with me. He was a very kind, loving person and I will miss him very much. His friend Frank would come with him and iam sure he is missing him as well. I will always remember you Fred and will be in my prayers with my parents. My heart goes out to his family and friends.
Dear Uncle Fred everyone here will miss you. I remember when Linda chased me onto the porch and put her hand through a glass pane in the door. She was unhurt but I got glass shards in my Ankle. Dad must of been working because I remember going to the doctors with Mom and you and getting Ice cream afterwards. Probably a bribe to keep me from crying to much. Love you very much. Please give good hugs and kissed to all in heaven, Especally my Dad and Mom.
