Obituary of Joshua Dale Sharp

Joshua Dale Sharp, 38, known to all of his friends as "Flower" passed away unexpectedly on Sept. 20, 2017. Josh owned Daisy Dukes in Armory Square and his roots in the bar & restaurant business began at Mulrooney's. He is a graduate of LaFayette High School and attended Onondaga Community College and LeMoyne College. Josh was an avid fisherman. He possessed a passion for cooking and grillingdelicious meals, growing and canning vegetables, Volkswagens, and his antique Grumman. He treasured the time spent with family watching movies and the Food Network. Flower wore his heart on his sleeve and lived to make others happy. Josh had a wealth of friends and he made the world a better place with his contagious smile, generosity, sense of humor, and devotion to his family. He warmed our hearts with laughter and taught us all to savor the moment. Josh is the beloved son of Linda (Loughlin)Sharp, and the devoted brother of William Walker. He is predeceased by his father, Martin Sharp. He has a loving family of uncles, aunts, and cousins.Josh also loved animals and will be missed dearly by his dogs Amie and Rex.
