Obituary of Pasquale Musolino
Pasquale Musolino, 95, of Syracuse, passed away on Tuesday, July 25, 2017, at Van Duyn. Born in San Roberto, RC, Italy, he was a son of the late Giuseppe and Gracia Porpiglia Musolino. He served in the Italian Army during WWII, at which time he was a POW. Pasquale moved to Canada in 1950 and, after marrying his loving wife, the late Rose Carbone Musolino, moved to the US in 1953.
Pasquale spent his working life as a carpenter with Union Local 747. He loved to play cards with his nieces and nephews and to travel—and enjoyed driving whenever possible. He was a faithful communicant of Our Lady of Lourdes Church, Syracuse.
Pasquale is survived by his sister-in-law, Fortunata Musolino of Syracuse, NY; niece, Grace (Rocco) Caminiti of Canada; nephews, Giuseppe (Rosa) Musolino of East Syracuse, NY, and Antonino (Antionette) Musolino of Syracuse, NY; and several great nieces and nephews, both in the US and Italy.
Services will be private. Entombment will be in Woodlawn Cemetery Mausoleum, Syracuse.
