Charlie,
your strength and determination in every factor of your life was a talent not many could ever acquire. You Fully embodied what it meant to care for others even when you had all the excuse not to. Your family is made up of such kind hearted individuals and I wish them the best during this time. The community will always remember the strength and resilience that you brought to so many lives.

Charlie, I am a friend of your grandmother, Peg. I can’t tell you the number of stories
that she has shared with me about you. Every time she spoke of you, her eyes lit up and her smile widened. You are loved, loved, loved by her.
For all of your friends and family, I am so sorry you are no longer physically here. That being said, all of your work in educating others and advocating for others, your spirit lives on. You are still here.
May you know peace.
May your path be lit by radiant light. Godspeed to you.
