Arden D. Reynolds Jr.

1960-2019

 

Arden “Ardie” D. Reynolds Jr., 59, of Tully, passed away on Monday, November 18, 2019, peacefully with family at his side after a long battle with cancer. Ardie was born June 12, 1960 in Syracuse NY to Arden and Carol Reynolds. After high school Ardie enlisted in the United Stares Army where he served 5 years. Ardie was a carpenter his whole life, most recently working at Artistry In Wood where he worked as a cabinet maker for 14 years. He was an avid Washington Redskins fan, and enjoyed Syracuse athletics as well. He would be the first to offer a helping hand to anyone that needed it. His humor and smile will be remembered fondly by everyone who knew him.

 

He is predeceased by his father Arden Reynolds.

 

He is survived by his wife, Cheryl Reynolds; five children, Catrina (James) Reid, James Reynolds, Caitlin Reynolds, Cathleen Reynolds and Melisa Reynolds; his mother, Carol Reynolds; six siblings, Denice (David) Fire, Cheryl (Rob) Lueck, Bill (Pam) Reynolds, Bob (Diane) Reynolds, Doug Reynolds and Beth Langley; four grandsons, Michael, Nathan, Trevor and Connor; and several cousins, nieces and nephews.

 

Calling hours will be Saturday, November 23, 2019 from 11AM-2PM at Ballweg & Lunsford Funeral Home, 2584 Field Lane, Lafayette, NY 13084 with a Sharing of Memories beginning at 2pm.  Private burial will take place at the Onondaga County Veterans Memorial Cemetery.
