Obituary of Jill Ann Johnson

Jill A. Johnson, 67, of LaFayette, passed away at home on March 29, 2022. She was born in Wyalusing, PA in January 1955, and graduated from Council Rock HS North. Jill met the love of her life, Jeffrey, while working on the Naval Air Warfare Center in Warminster.

Together they built a family, and relocated several times for Jeff’s military career, until settling in Otisco, NY. It was here the family built their loving home, working side by side with their children’s help from foundation to finish. Jill worked at Baer Supply, and then retired from GNC Foods. She enjoyed game nights, where she would play Pitch with her friends; watching her favorite football team, The Philadelphia Eagles; and held season tickets to the Syracuse Crunch games. Her favorite pastime was being with her grandbabies and children.

Jill is survived by: her mother, Joyce Fisk; daughters, Tonia (Jason) Andersen and Jessica (Peter Kimmich) Andrews; grandchildren, Rylee Andersen, and Lillian and Jeffrey Andrews; four siblings and their spouses; several nieces; nephews; extended family; and friends. She is predeceased by her loving husband, Jeffrey C. Johnson (2007); father, Douglas Fisk; brother, Kevin Rosencrance; and father-in-law, Leonard Johnson.

Calling hours will be held on Saturday April 16 from 12 noon to 2 pm, at Ballweg & Lunsford Funeral Home, LaFayette. A memorial service will follow at 2 pm.
