I met Corrine about 11 years ago. In cleaning out my uncle's house (Larry Sollitt), I came across a framed newspaper article with a photo of my uncle and Corrine. I managed to hunt Corrine down and I offered it to her as I felt it would have more meaning to her than me. We met at Luigi's for lunch to do the exchange. I had a wonderful afternoon listening to her stories of growing up in East Syracuse with her siblings and my uncle and mother (Sharon Sollitt). I am so sorry for your loss. I wish your family peace....

This is sad news indeed. I met Corinne and Stan at East Syracuse Chevrolet some 20 years ago and we instantly became much more than customer and salesman. She always made a point of seeking me out when she was in for service. We will pray for her at mass this weekend and rejoice in the knowledge that she and Stan are reunited. Peace and condolences go out to their family.

Although it’s been several years since I last golfed with Corinne on the Monday night ladies league at Orchard Vali, I always enjoyed our rounds played together. She was a joyful person and will be missed by many. Please accept my sincere sympathy on her passing. ~Kathe Naples (fellow duffer)

Dear Sharon and Mike, I was so very sorry to learn of your mom’s passing. We caught up by phone every now and then, and of course her birthday cards sent to me and Dave kept us up on your lives. When we spoke, she’d try to teach me the loving phrases in Polish that she and your dad always exchanged. As sad as this must be, I know she’s in Heaven with Stan.
To you, and to the Bertrand family, I send my love, my deepest condolences, and pray for your peace in this hard time.

To Mike and Sharon, I know how huge this loss is for you two, as it is for everyone who knew your mom. She was one in a million and would have your back every time. As sad as the day is, she is now with your dad and they are once again flirting and joking as they often did. There is a big hole in the world without her that will be hard to fill

I’m so sorry for the family. Corinne was always a pleasure to be around, happy and outgoing. Used to run into her often at McDonalds when she would be meeting friends. Now she will be reunited with Stan. RIP Corinne

I am so very sorry for the loss of your Mom. She was my neighbor off and on since 1985. Corinne was a very special, lively, funny, outspoken individual, with a zest for life. I really can’t believe she’s gone; I kind of thought she’d be my neighbor forever. She and Stan were “salt of the earth”; such a memorable couple. She will be sorely missed. But what a gal!
You’re in my thoughts and prayers.
