Nicholas Wayne Ratliff, age 18, of Syracuse, New York and Hawaii died Wednesday, October 30, 2002. Nicholas was born August 8, 1984 in Colorado Springs, Colorado. He attended Lei Lei Hua High School in Hawaii. He was involved in Westvale Pop Warner and St. Patrick?s Catholic Youth Organization Basketball. He is survived by his father Wayne Ratliff of Hawaii; his mother Nancy Culeton Guzelak and step father, Andrij "Andy" Guzelak both of Syracuse, New York; two sisters: Hilary Ratliff of Syracuse, New York and Vanessa Rizzo of Clay, New York; paternal grandmother, Rhoda Ratliff of East Syracuse, New York; maternal grandmother, Jean Culeton of Syracuse, New York; two nephews, Nathan and Christopher Rizzo of both of Clay, New York. Funeral: Saturday, November 2, 2002, 10:00 a.m. at Ballweg & Lunsford Funeral Home, Inc., with Father Thomas Fitzpatrick officiating.
