Obituary of Clarence E. Gib" Webb

Clarence E. "Gib" Webb, age 75, of Onondaga Hill, New York died Saturday, August 17, 2002 at home. Mr. Webb was born February 8, 1927 in Panther Lake, New York the son of Clarence E. and Mary E. (Whaley) Webb. He was a graduate of Camden High School. He was a self-employed mason contractor doing business as C. E. Webb Masonary for over 50 years. He was a Navy veteran of World War II, a member of American Legion Valley Post 1468 and he formerly bowled in various leagues at Valley Sport Center. He is survived by his wife of 53 years, the former Mary I. Humiston; one son: Clarence E. "Gib" Webb of Cicero, New York; a daughter and son-in-law: Michele A. and Seven Tiss of Onondaga Hill, New York; one granddaughter, Shannon Tiss and two grandsons, Steven and Shaun Tiss all of Onondaga Hill, New York. Funeral: Tuesday, August 20, 2002, 10:00 a.m. at Ballweg & Lunsford Funeral Home, Inc., with William Lunsford officiating. Burial: Onondaga County Veterans Memorial Cemetery, 4069 Howlett Hill Road, Syracuse, New York.
