Obituary of Robert A. Madura

Robert A. "Bob" Madura, age 78, of Syracuse, New York, died Sunday, June 16, 2002 at Veterans Administration Medical Center, Syracuse. Mr. Madura was born July 11, 1923 in Syracuse, New York, the son of Frank and Clara (Rudd) Madura. He was employed by Merchants Parcel Service, Syracuse. He was an Army veteran of World War II. He was a member of Disabled American Veterans Chapter 8, Veterans of Foreign Wars Post 1146, Mattydale, New York and American Legion Valley Post 1468, Syracuse. He is survived by his wife of 44 years, Mary Laratta Madura; one daughter and son-in-law, Denise M. and Mark H. Warner from East Syracuse, New York; one stepbrother, Frank Madura from Syracuse, New York. Memorial Services: Thursday, June 20, 2002, 1:00 p.m. in St. James Church, 4845 S. Salina Street, Syracuse with Father Daniel J. O'Hara officiating.
