Obituary of Norma L. Thompson

Norma L. Thompson, age 76, life resident of Syracuse, New York, died Tuesday, May 14, 2002 at Crouse Hospital, Syracuse. Mrs. Thompson was born December 2, 1925 in Syracuse, the daughter of Anthony and Ines (Fortunato) Polano. She was a graduate of Central High School and was previously employed by Hotel Syracuse. She is survived by her husband of 54 years, Jack W. Thompson; two daughters: Linda S. LaTocha of Kirkville, New York and Terry D. Stevens of Liverpool, New York; two sons: Thomas J. Thompson of Onondaga Hill, New York and Timothy B. Thompson formerly of Westvale, New York; one brother: Raymond Polano of North Syracuse, New York; 8 grandchildren. Funeral: Saturday, May 18, 2002, 9:00 a.m. at Ballweg & Lunsford Funeral Home, Inc., and 9:30 a.m. in Our Lady of Lourdes, 300 Valley Drive, Syracuse where a Mass of Christian Burial will be Celebrated by Father Thomas Fitzpatrick.
