Beverly J. VanMarter, age 70, of Syracuse, New York died Sunday, January 6, 2002 at home. Mrs. VanMarter was born June 27, 1931 in Syracuse, the daughter of John W. and Marion L. (Wood) Connelly. Her husband, Tom VanMarter died in 1971. She is survived by four daughters: Sue Nolan from Syracuse, New York, Bonnie Priest from Vero Beach, Florida, Cindy Becker from Syracuse, New York and Teresa VanMarter from Baldwinsville, New York; one son: Randal T. VanMarter from North Syracuse, New York; 8 grandchildren, 2 great grandchildren. Funeral: Friday, January 11, 2002, 11:00 a.m. at Ballweg & Lunsford Funeral Home, Inc., Syracuse with Rev.
