Obituary of Richard B. Goudy

Richard B. Goudy, age 77, of Jamesville died Thursday, December 20, 2001 at Community General Hospital. Mr. Goudy was born November 2, 1924 in Orrville, Ohio, the son of Loyal P. and Florence (Miller) Goudy. He was a graduate of Orrville High School and an Army veteran of World War II. He worked as an accountant in the Syracuse area until 1990. He has been a Mason since 1946 and a Lodge Master 3 times; 1962, 1977 and 1983. He was a member of the Military Masonic Lodge 93 of Manlius since 1950. He is survived by his wife of 57 years, the former Eileen F. Hans; two daughters: Marilyn Tucker from Ravena, New York and Janet Campbell from Baldwinsville, New York; one son: William R. Goudy from Jamesville, New York and three grandchildren. The funeral will be Saturday, December 21, 2001, 11:00 a.m. at Ballweg & Lunsford Funeral Home, Inc., 4612 S. Salina Street, Syracuse with Rev. Mark Harrison officiating. Spring Burial will be in Walnut Grove Cemetery, Jamesville, New York. Calling hours will be Friday, December 22, 2001, 5:00 - 8:00 p.m. at the funeral home with a Masonic Service at 7:30 p.m.
