Obituary of Judith A. Fleming

Judi Fleming, 73, of LaFayette, New York, passed away peacefully on Wednesday, October 4, 2017 at Loretto. Born in Syracuse, New York, she was the daughter of the late Earl and Anne (Shute) Fleming. Judi retired from Battelle Memorial Institute in Columbus, Ohio, where she was employed as an accountant. She was very artistic and had a passion for arts and crafts of all kinds, including scrapbooking, jewelry making, and calligraphy. Judi is survived by her brother, Arnold Fleming of LaFayette, New York; nephew, Steven (Shelley) Fleming of North Syracuse, New York; niece, Lisa (David) Deyo of Liverpool, New York; and five great nieces and nephews. Calling hours will be from 4 to 7 p.m. Tuesday, October 10, 2017, at Ballweg & Lunsford Funeral Home, 4612 S. Salina Street, Syracuse, NY 13205. A memorial service will be held at the funeral home at 10 a.m. on Wednesday, October 11, 2017. Burial will follow in Onondaga Valley Cemetery, Syracuse.
