Obituary of Jane A. Fowler

Jane A. Fowler, 89, of Manlius, New York, died Monday, February 26, 2007 at Community General Hospital in Syracuse, New York. Jane was born July 8, 1917 in Utica, New York, the daughter of William A. and Ann (McVetty) McNamara. She retired from the Insurance Department at Sears in 1979 after 35 years. After her retirement, she worked as a Manager at The Clothing Annex of The Downstairs Attic in Manlius. She was predeceased by her husband, Robert H. Fowler; two brothers, John and William McNamara and one great-granddaughter. Jane is survived by her three sons, William A. "Mac" (Deb) Fowler of Manlius, New York, Richard "Dick" (Marion) Fowler of Chittenango, New York and James John Fowler of Seneca Falls, New York; three daughters, Gloria Anderson of Canastota, New York, Patricia (Carlton) Fenner of Daytona Beach, Florida and Constance "Connie" (Joseph) Hanus of Syracuse, New York; 12 grandchildren and nine great-grandchildren. Memorial Service: Sunday, February 11, 2007, 1:00 p.m. at Loretto in The Heritage Chapel, 750 E. Brighton Avenue, Syracuse, New York. Contributions: Loretto, 700 E.
