Obituary of Linda Neely

Linda Kugler Neely found peace on Saturday, October 21, 2006 when she went to be with the Lord. She was a devoted mother to her two children and close friend to many. Linda was born February 24, 1961 in Syracuse, New York, the daughter of Philip C. and Nancy (Lathrop) Kugler. She was a 1979 graduate of Mexico Academy where she was very active in student government. Linda was employed by New Life Adoption where she delighted in bringing families together by uniting Chinese babies with local families. She attended St. Paul's Methodist Church where she thoroughly enjoyed teaching her Sunday School class. She was an avid gardener and found great joy in her flower gardens. Linda was predeceased by her mother, Nancy Lathrop Kugler and brother, Sean Finney Kugler. Linda is survived by her son, Henry and daughter, Nancy; father, Philip C. (Flora) Kugler of Mexico, New York; sister, Eileen (Mark) Bradish of Volney, New York; four brothers, David Kugler of Forest City, Pennsylvania, Philip M. (Debbie) Kugler of Erieville, New York, Adam (Tracie) Kugler of East Syracuse, New York and Patrick (Sara) Kugler of Mexico, New York; brother-in-law, Gerald (Cindy) Neely of Syracuse, New York; several aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and cousins. Services: Saturday, October 28, 2006, 10:00 a.m. in St. Paul's United Methodist Church, 2200 Valley Drive, Syracuse, New York. Burial: Mexico Village Cemetery, County Route 16, Mexico, New York.
