Obituary of Carolyn F. Robertson

Carolyn F. Robertson, 94 formerly of The Valley died Wednesday, October 18, 2006 at Van Duyn Home & Hospital in Syracuse New York. She was the daughter of the late Charles B. and Alice Davis Forgham. She was a Magna Cum Laude graduate of Syracuse University College of Business Administration Class of 1934. Mrs. Robertson retired from Niagara Mohawk in 1977 as Legal Secretary to the General Attorney/Senior Vice President following many years of service. She was a communicant of Our Lady of Lourdes Church and a member of the NiMo Retirees Association. She was a proud and dedicated mother, grandmother and great grandmother putting her family before any outside activity, holiday or vacation. She enjoyed gardening, playing bridge and reading mystery novels. Her husband Harold E. Robertson died in 1954. Surviving are her son: Glenn C. (Dottie) Robertson of Camillus, a sister: Ruth Wright of St. Petersburg, Fla., her grandson: Todd M. (Danniel) Robertson of Syracuse, two great-granddaughters: Aleyna and Olivia and two step great grandsons: Thomas and Tyler. Services will be 10:00 a.m. Saturday, October 21, 2006 at the Ballweg & Lunsford Funeral Home, Inc., Syracuse, and 11:00 a.m. at St. Joseph's Church, Camillus. Burial will be in Onondaga Valley Cemetery. Friends may call 4:00-6:00 p.m. Friday, October 20, 2006 9:00-10:00 a.m. and Saturday, October 21, 2006 at the funeral home, 4612 S. Salina Street.
