Well, I've had a life full of memories with Mat. I'd be lieing if I said I knew where to start. But, I can always remember Mat, and not a bad thought ever came to mind. He would always two-way me just because. I remember when Amanda, Mat & I all went cruisin and we took Cole's car and went to the city instead of getting ashes. It was a whole 360. I loved every moment. He was all around a qood kid, && I'll always miss him.

MY BABY NEPHEW, I KNOW THAT EVEN THOUGH YOU'RE NOT IN MY ARMS THAT YOU ARE SAFE IN CREATORS. To Mat's family-I am truly saddened by the loss of Mat. He was a student in my class at Henninger HS, and I met him as a 9th grader. He was a sweet, caring, honest, and sensitive young man. He had a great sense of humor, and smile that could light up a room. His love and dedication for his family and friends was absolutely remarkable. He was the kind of kid that tried hard, and wanted to please, but faced many frustrations over the years. He came to see me a few months back and spoke to me of his ongoing love for cars and lacrosse. I will truly miss Mat, and you are all in my thoughts and prayers at this very sad time.

Mat, bro, u were one of the nicest guys i knew, u bent over backwords to help people out, u drove your car on empty just to give someone a ride who really needed it, you were there for me when i had something to complain about, you helped me with school work when i had no idea what the teachers were trieing to teach. you had my back when things got rough. you are the defination of a true friend. ill miss you bro, sleep good, ill see you again someday. love ya MatTyler Hartnagle

Dear Mat's Family, I was one of Mat's teachers at Henninger High School for his junior and senior years, and I can't even begin to tell you how heartbroken I am to hear of this tragic accident. Mat was a wonderful boy who tried his best so that he could reach his goals in life. I was pleased that he came back to visit me a few months ago and he was continuing on in his interest of cars. Mat was a very special person and he will be missed so much, please know that I am thinking of you and your family at this very hard time.

Mat was a great person and a wonderful friend.We always had a good time together.Sometimes we would even have tickel fights, as you might know he was very tickelish.He always cared, he really didn't say anything bad about anyone.I loved him like a brother, he pretty much is a brother to me.I miss him so much. Mat...We hung out and had good times, Relaxed and talked alot. Hangin' out, u me and ash in her room....it was the spot.
