Obituary of Michael F. Arquette

Michael F. Arquette, 56, of Syracuse, New York died Friday, April 21, 2006 at home. Michael was born November 7, 1949 in Syracuse, New York, the son of Frank and Iona M. (Casey) Arquette. He was a member of the Ironworkers Union Local 60 in Syracuse, was previously employed with McConnell Concrete Floors in Syracuse, Akwesasne Construction Company in Connecticut and Caycee Commercial Plumbing in North Carolina. He was a Pulaski area fishing guide with Tony's Salmon Sports Shop. Michael enjoyed fishing, hockey, broomball, softball and particularly fishing. He was an avid NASCAR fan. He was predeceased by his father; Frank Arquette in 1988, his mother; Iona Casey Arquette in 2003 and a sister; Deborah Lynn Arquette in 1973. Surviving are his wife Shirley Scammell Arquette; a son, Todd (Lindsey) Arquette of Green Bay, Wisconsin; a stepson, Shawn Logue of New York City, New York; a step-daughter, Sheila Logue of Canandagua, New York; two brothers, John (Maggie) Arquette of Syracuse, New York and Frank (Bridgette) Arquette of Oneida, New York; three sisters, Theresa L. Kawryga of Syracuse, New York, Frances (Jurgen) Becher of Glastonbury, Connecticut and Judy (Dan) Sievers of Sandy Creek, New York; four grandchildren; four aunts, Judy Ryan and Eleanor Tulip both of Ogdensburg, New York, Agie Huse of Jamesville, New York and Yvonne Chubb of Akwesasne; several nieces, nephews and "our mother" Mary Francis.
