Obituary of Caroline R. Palmer

Caroline R. Palmer, 81, of Syracuse, New York died Wednesday, April 19, 2006 at Loretto in Syracuse. Caroline was born November 13, 1924 in Canajoharie, New York and attended Potsdam University. She retired after 30 years as a Secretary from Syracuse University School of Social Work. She was a member of Syracuse Oratorical Society, St. Paul?s United Methodist Church and Valley VIP?s. She is survived by her husband of 17 years, Bud N. Palmer; a son, Craig A. (Veronica) Flansburge of Tegaky, South Carolina; a daughter, Glenda (Dr. Tom) Phillips of Stillwater, Oklahoma; a step-daughter, Joyce (Dr. Robert) Harris of Sedona, Arizona; six grandchildren. A Calling Hour will be held Saturday, April 22, 2006, 10:00 - 11:00 a.m. at St. Paul's United Methodist Church with a Funeral Service to immediately follow at 11:00 a.m. in the church, 2200 Valley Drive, Syracuse. New York. Burial will be in Onondaga Valley Cemetery, 2500 Valley Drive, Syracuse, New York.
