Obituary of Jane Wilding

Jane Wilding, 78, of The Valley in Syracuse, New York, died Wednesday, March 8, 2006 at Community General Hospital in Syracuse. Jane was born November 20, 1927 in Scranton, Pennsylvania, the daughter of Michael and Loretta (Needham) Zinsky. She was a 1945 graduate of Olyphant High School and she came to Syracuse in 1947. She previously worked at General Electric and retired as an Assistant Manager with Service Systems Inc. at New York Telephone. She was an active member of Our Lady of Lourdes Parish for over 50 years. She was preceded in death by her husband, Richard A. Wilding, December 19, 1984. Jane is survived by her three daughters, Shirley Wilding of Syracuse, New York, Debra (Darryl) Benamati of Greenville, South Carolina and Joan (Chris Smith) Wilding of Syracuse, New York; one son, Michael (Doreen) Wilding of Constantia, New York; six grandchildren, Karl Paul, Thomas Monette, Patrick Wilding, Samantha Rambo, Gregory Wilding and Nicholas Wilding. Services: Monday, March 13, 2006, 8:15 a.m. at Ballweg & Lunsford Funeral Home and 9:00 a.m. in Our Lady of Lourdes, 300 Valley Drive, Syracuse, New York where a Mass of Christian Burial will be Celebrated.
