I just heard today of Rink's passing and am very saddened. He was such a great friend growing up, skating at the park in the winter and the war memorial in the summer, riding the mini bikes and heading out to Jamesville reservoir for a swim. Spending time at Tuscarora lake with all of our other friends when the Six family was there. Memories that will never be forgotten.. At he rest in peace. My condolences to Don and the Six family.

I am so sorry to hear about Rink. I will always remember him as the cute younger brother of Donnie and Mike. I think he was initiated into the weekly parties at the Six house when Georgia and Cliff were out square dancing. There was always lots of fun and laughter! My thoughts and prayers are with Rink's whole family. Please let me know if there is anything I can do. Glenda Pates-Crofoot

I was so sad to hear of Rink's passing. I have so many memories of him from the old neighborhood. Hanging out at the park...skating there in the winter time, playing kick ball or capture the flag in the summer. Getting rides on his mini-bike when we were a little older. It was a great time growing up. RIP Rink.

Shocked and sad to read of Rink's passing . Enjoyed riding motor cycles with him . Liked the fact i could beat his Botocco bike with my little 80 cc .The same bike that his father fixed for me . Always helpful when buying plumbing parts too .

So sorry and shocked, about hearing of "Rinks" passing. I first both met, and worked with him in the early eighties. Not only was he funny, and informative at work , the many hours we spent after work , was when the real fun began.
! We played together on Lee s softball team ,and spent many a Friday nite slidding down beer laden picnic tables, with crazy teammates, chasing girls, laughing at everything ,and me, lots of times spending the nite on " Georgia s" living room floor! Driving around drinking in the Ford van(that he had to go to DETROIT) to pick up, cause he wanted to make sure" It was the one he ordered", bowling in a league at Valley Lanes, and heading back to Lee s after, just to make sure we had enough!! I remember tons of picnics and parties with him....and his cowboy hat!! In those days he always seemed to be there for me, always got each other home in one piece. I will miss my friend very much, I willkeep all the memories of the good times with me for as long as im able to remember. May God welcome him into his arms. Rest easy my friend...and please continue to keep a watch over me.....as I still need it. Ill miss you!

Dear Donnie and family. I knew Rink from our "Big O" days when we were young. We shared many a fun time from the annual Turkey Bowl to races at Watkins Glen and our monthly Indy meetings leading up to the 500 trip in May. He was a very good listener and took great interest in his friends. I will always remember him in our laughter sharing a cold one at the Orange Grove and Shifty's. May he rest in peace with all our friends who will party "all night long" together. With love, Marie
