Obituary of James E. Horstman

James E. "Jaime" Horstman, 58, of Syracuse, passed away on Thursday, October 5, 2017, at home. Born in Cortland, NY, Jaime graduated high school and joined the US Navy. For the past 13 years, he has worked in shipping/receiving at United Radio. In his free time, Jaime enjoyed watching Raiders football and cartoons, playing on his tablet, and spending time with family. Jaime is survived by his wife of 6 years, Mary Billington; daughter, Melissa (Mike) Betters; granddaughter, Samantha (Deedee) Lavigne; grandsons, MJ, Cody and Zackary Betters; and favorite niece, Amy Givens, all of Syracuse. Calling hours will be from 9 to 11 a.m. on Saturday, October 7, 2017, at Ballweg & Lunsford Funeral Home, 4612 S. Salina Street, Syracuse, NY 13205.
