Obituary of Daniel J. Bourdon Sr.

Daniel J. Bourdon Sr., 74, of Syracuse, New York, passed away Wednesday, May 16, 2018 at home after a courageous battle with lung cancer. He was born in Syracuse to the late Winona and William Bourdon. Dan was a real sportsman. He enjoyed hunting, fishing, and playing golf. Dan especially liked spending time with his grandchildren and loved to make them laugh.   

He is survived by his beloved partner of 37 years, Linda Grastorf; three sons, Daniel J. (Tracy) Bourdon Jr., Scott W. (Rachel) Bourdon and Steven E. (Johanna) Bourdon; one daughter, Anne (Tom) Grastorf-McVicker;  son, Kevin Grastorf; brothers, Dick (Judith) Bourdon, Bill (Sandra) Bourdon, Thomas Bourdon and Gary (Anne Marie) Bourdon; sister, Nancy (Charles) Bourdon-Diefendorf; 14 grandchildren; five great-grandchildren; several nieces and nephews. Dan was predeceased by his sister, Diane Tupper.

Services are private.
