To Fred's family,
I know this is late in the game, but I went to OCC with Fred for respiratory therapy. We used to hang out back then, I'll always remember the bonfire of the old deck. I'm so sorry to find out he's no longer here. My sincerest condolences, and know that he did make a lasting impact, he was a truly wonderful person.

my one and only freddy. It's almost a year now and not a day goes by that I don't think of you. Freddy for 18 years you where part of our family. I miss your laugh, your stupid chockes and your funny faces. But most of all I miss just seeing you play with your children and working in the yard and just being a fun loving person who would never hurt anyone. Wherever you are you need to know that I love you like one of my very own children and my heart feels a big empty spot. I will always keep your memory alive and I am so happy that your resting place is at the lake. Loving thought of you and fond memories Your mother in Law ( Ma )

To my little brother,Sorry I couldnt gather the strength to speak about you at the funeral.I think about you every day and our many adventures growing up.Butternut creek, Fabius brook, Limestone creek, Stafford park and all of our secret spots. Your Dad's huge home-made silver mepps spinners. Nasty hot chicken wings, Seigerwalds beefsticks- any beefsticks, and renting horror movies. Evertime I grab my fishing pole or walk in the gully Freddy I know you will always be there. I'm so sad that you had to go. I will look for your footprints streamside, just as I do every spring because you always beat me to our hotspots. Heres hoping everyday is overcast and tee shirt weather for you. Keep looking for the big old natives. No stockies.I love you buddy. Peace be with you.

Eighteen and a half years? You were suppose to give me 50. What am i suppose to do without you here? Who am I going to complain about? Ups and downs with each curve ball of life, you would eventually come out on top. You were growing freddy. Why did you leave? I am so sad down here with you gone. My insides ache without you. I see you everywhere. In our girls faces and in their smiles. You will be in my heart forever, but you already knew that didn't you. You said it best the day you died. I will hear those words for the rest of my life, but how do i do this without you? It wasn't suppose to be forever....

With a heavy heart and much sadness I extend my deepest sympathies to my dear friend Tina, her beautiful daughters whose eyes and spirits are so sweet and loving like their parents, Mr. Passett:-), Mary Jane, and the Passsett, Gates and Christofel families. Freddy and I met in elementary school (first grade, I think!) and I was privileged to be with Freddy and Tina as they grew in love and then wed. Great memories. Great guy. You will be missed. I love you Tina and I am here for you...Michelle

Mary Jane and Tina, I was so very sorry to hear of Fred's death. I remember a rebellious, silly, chip on his shoulder, yet gentle and polite young boy. I never knew him as a man, but his personality as a boy made a lasting impression on me. My heart bleeds for you. Enjoy Fred's sparkle and spunk in the eyes of his daughters. I pray for strength for you both and the blessing of sweet memories. Sue Millett (Kate, Martha, Jerry, Barney and Phil's mom)

When I first heard of this tragedy on the day after it happened, I was shocked. That feeling, along with sadness, remains today and will likely remain for some time to come. Prayers go out for Fred and his family. Having worked with Fred (at CMH in the late 1990's) was a privilege and an honor that will forever go without equal.
