Barbara, you were a very good mother and raised a wonderful daughter, who is like my own daughter. I want you to rest and know that she will be taken care of as you would have done. I know you probably wouldn't have chose my son for her because I wouldn't have chose her for my son. But obviously mother's don't always know what's right for their children. I hope you know my son will always be there for Maureen no matter what. The day after you left was their 14th anniversary, who would have thought they would see that? Know that she will be loved and cared for as long as I and my children are alive and breathing. She is a very big part of our lives and has been for more years than I can count. If there is ever anything that she needs, she knows all she will have to do is ask. Barbara you did a great job and I want to thank you for giving me the daughter I never had.

Dear Barbara,I hope you are in a better place and are able to rest there. I want you to know that your daughter, Maureen, will be well taken care of. She is a big part of our family and always will be. I love her she was my daughter and I will treat her as such for as long as I remain on this earth. My son loves her with all his heart and will always be there for Maureen. He may not be the man that you would have picked, because I know I wouldn't have picked her for him, but guess what? Mother's don't have it all right all the time. Barbara, please rest in peace. You did a wonderful job raising my daughter-in-law. Thank you.
