When I first moved into Valley Vista, eight years ago, the management said that we probably would not be very warmly received. She said the people were used to non disabled people and the people were older. Virginia was very warm and welcoming, and I appreciated that so much! Thanks Virginia, it was an honour to have known you. When a lot of us used to go to Sky Chiefs games, Virginia was on the bus. She was always full of life. She always spoke to me when she either saw me, or heard me, either on the fifth floor where she lived, or down in the lobby. I will really miss you Virginia.
