It was with great sadness that I learned of Bob's passing; please accept my condolences.I will always remember Bob fondly and have wonderful memories of the many times spent hanging out at the Houghton's during my younger years! Bob was a great person. He always had a smile. Please know that you are in my thoughts and prayers.

Howard, Donna, Gary, Steven and Mrs. Houghton
Your father was an extraordinary gentleman who showed us what compassion, empathy and kindness is. In the Summers of the Sixties in your yard (what became known as the "Picnic Table" ("I'll meet you at the picnic table") and all the beer and bikes your mom and dad watched over us. I think of all the guys and gals who hung at the picnic table over those summers - Crip Bob E. Mason Cooper Socka D. Heels and then the younger ones Bill L. Joe L. Rick and Ed F. Howard and Mary S. and myself. Our crew became known as The Crick Road boys.
Through all the wildness your Dad never lost his cool - not once. We had an admiration and respect for Bob like no other. In a time of the Generation Gap and rebellion we loved Bob.
Although many of us hadn't seen Bob and Barbara in 40 or 50 years we've never forgot them and the memories. God bless Bob.

Barbara & Family-I am Glenn Livermore's sister and read in the paper this am Bob had passed away. My condolences to you all. Glenn & Bob will once again be reunited and from the stories I heard, every one in heaven better be prepared to laugh a lot. The two of them were a "pair"---so many years working together and their hunting escapades here in Cincinnatus were hilarious. My thoughts and prayers are with you all. Sincerely, Linda
