Obituary of Mary A. Behm

Mary A. Behm, 81, formerly of Everingham Road, Syracuse, New York, died Tuesday, November 14, 2006 at Loretto in Syracuse. Mary was born December 8, 1924 in Syracuse, New York, the daughter of Joseph and Mary (Cifferata) Palmisano. She retired from the U.S. Postal Service in Nedrow, New York, following 26 years of service as a postal clerk. She was a member of the American Postal Workers Union (APWU) and was a communicant of St. James Church. Her husband, Vincent J. Behm died in 1983. Surviving are two sons, Larry J. (Rita) Behm and Mark V. (Lauren) Behm both of Baldwinsville, New York; a brother, John A. Palmisano of Syracuse, New York; a sister, Virginia Hanyak of Syracuse, New York; four granddaughters, Jennifer, Lori, Amanda, and Caitlin.
