Obituary of Kenneth E. Nicht

Kenneth E. Nicht, age 72, of "The Valley" in Syracuse, New York, died Sunday, February 5, 2006 at home. Kenneth was born February 20, 1933 in Syracuse, New York, the son of Edward and Hattie M. (Bailey) Nicht. A life resident of Syracuse, he was an Army veteran of the Korean War, a member of VFW Valley Legion Post 1468 and a life member of DAV Chapter 30. He loved to hunt. Kenneth is survived by his wife of 26 years, Joan A. Wood Nicht; one sister, Phyliss Keener of Blair, South Carolina; stepson, Thomas Mitton of Boynton Beach, Florida; stepson, Raimon Schultz of Beaver, Pennsylvania; sisters-in-law, Shirley Mott of Syracuse, New York and Florence (Robert) Smith of East Syracuse, New York; daughters, Barbara several nieces, nephews and cousins. Memorial Service: Wednesday, February 8, 2006, 11:00 a.m. at Ballweg & Lunsford Funeral Home, Inc., 4612 S. Salina Street, Syracuse, New York.
