Bob is one of the most broad-minded, accepting spirits of my experience. These qualities gave both him and his family the elemental fortitude necessary to survive such blows as the loss of Bob Jr. 2 decades ago. I tally with those who note that the two Bobs are now planning the great world farm, the great universal garden of liberating human ideas.

I met Bob in 1965 when I travelled to the farm with Carol, from Buffalo State. It was my first experience on any kind of farm. Robert Everingham was a Large man in a not so large frame. Everything he touched was an important difference to whomever his gesture of outreach was directed toward.A man of this caliber never really leaves. He may be gone from sight, but he lives in us all.

He was always a gentleman and a wonderful neighbor. He was caring and thoughtful. I last saw him and Blanche was at my mother's calling hours.
