Obituary of Paul Partridge

Paul Partridge, 58, of Apulia Station, New York, loving husband, father and grandfather died Monday at Community General Hospital, Onondaga Hill, New York. Paul was born Malcolm Paul Partridge, August 29, 1946 in Syracuse, New York, the son of Edwin and Velma (Harris) Partridge. He retired in 2002 after 39 years as a labor crew leader with the Onondaga County Dept. of Transportation. He was an Army veteran of Vietnam. He was a member of Apulia Methodist Church, a life member of Apulia Fire Company, a member of American Legion Fabius Chapter, an avid bowler, reaching both his personal goals of a perfect 300 game and a 711 three game series and an outdoorsman who enjoyed hunting and fishing. Paul is survived by his wife of 31 years, Penny Reid Partridge; one daughter, Melissa Partridge of Tully, New York; one son and daughter-in-law, Neil and Ruth Harris of Hillsboro, Oregon; three sisters, Cindy Partridge of Oneida, New York, Judy Cornwell of Manlius, New York and Nancy Crouse of Camillus, New York; two brothers, Fred Partridge of Fayetteville, New York and Donnie Partridge of Genoa, New York; one grandaughter, Samantha Partridge. Services: Friday, April 15, 2005, 1:30 p.m. in Apulia Methodist Church with Rev. Jay Suh Yang officiating. Burial: Evergreen Cemetery, Fabius, New York.
