Obituary of Ruby Catherine Reynolds

Ruby Catherine Reynolds, 82, of Syracuse, New York died Saturday, March 26, 2005 at Loretto in Syracuse. Ruby was born September 15, 1922 in Tully, New York, the daughter of Steven Porter and Mary Elizabeth (Murray) Field. She was a graduate of Tully High School where she played on the girls basketball team. She was employed as a Teaching Assistant at McKinley Brighton Elementary School for 20 years. She was a communicant of Our Lady of Lourdes Church and a member of Syracuse Jazz Association. She was preceded in death by her husband, John Reynolds, September 14, 1992 Ruby is survived by her daughter and son-in-law, Lori and James Macri of North Syracuse, New York; five sons and three daughters-in-law, Patrick and Melinda Reynolds of Jamesville, New York, Ted Reynolds of Syracuse, New York, Kevin and Robin Reynolds of Liverpool, New York, James Reynolds of Syracuse, New York and Mark and Maureen Reynolds of Syracuse, New York; eight grandchildren, one great-granddaughter, several nieces and nephews. Services: Thursday, March 31, 2005, 9:30 a.m. in Our Lady of Lourdes, 300 Valley Drive, Syracuse, New York where a Mass of Christian Burial will be Celebrated by Father Thomas Fitzpatrick.
