I am Marianne's first cousin on the Vollmer side. I last visited Marianne Aug. 17, 2002. My wife Margie and I had lunch and a quite pleasant chat on a beautiful day. We grew up about a mile from one another. My sincere sympathy and condolences to Marianne's three childrenSincerely, Carl Vollmer

We knew her from many years at Wasau Insurance. We are sorry that we will not be able to be there for the service as we are in Florida. She was a great lady.

Many years ago, when daughter Linda still lived in the Syracuse area, I spent many wonderful times with the Bradley's and on several occasions, Marianne met me for lunch when I still was in the Syracuse area. I have very happy memories of those times.

I wrote the Vollmer Genealogy in 1944 and Marianne was helpful with information. She put an unknown cousin in touch with me thru my work and we are best of friends now. I am grateful to Marianne.

Dear Linda & family,My thoughts & prayers go out to you for your loss. I'll always remember your mom's smile in the halls of Meachem, Clary, & Corcoran. When my dad died in 2001, we had a passage on his memorial card, taken from Ecclesiastes, that helped me a lot & hope it'll give you some comfort:For everything there is an appointed season,And a time for everything under heaven--A time for sowing, a time for reaping;A time for sharing, a time for caring.A time for loving, a time for giving;A time for remembering, a time for parting. You have made everything beautiful in its time,For everything you do remains forever.Jackie (Latter) Pickett
