Obituary of Mildred Elmina Millspaugh

Mildred Elmina Millspaugh, age 93, formerly of 110 Hobart Avenue, Syracuse, New York died Thursday, January 27, 2005 at Loretto in Syracuse. Mildred was born December 28, 1911 in Syracuse, New York, the daughter of Fitch and Maye (Gordon) Munson. She was a switchboard operator at Van Duyn Home & Hospital for 20 years, retiring in 1984. She was a member of St. Paul?s United Methodist Church, VIP Senior Group, Wagon Wheel and an honorary member of Women?s United Club. She was preceded in death by her husband, Manley in 1976. Mildred is survived by her daughter, Donna Horsburgh of Wintersville, Ohio; two grandsons, Keith H. Horsburgh of Wintersville, Ohio and Scott Horsburgh of Smithfield, Virginia; two great-grandchildren Kyle and Kree Horsburgh, both of Wintersville, Ohio; several nieces and nephews. Funeral: Monday, January 31, 2005, 11:00 a.m. at Ballweg & Lunsford Funeral Home, Inc. with Rev. Michael Grinnals officiating. Burial: Onondaga Valley Cemetery, 2500 Valley Drive, Syracuse, New York.
