Obituary of Audrey V. Etz

Audrey V. Etz, age 72, of Tully, New York died Sunday, December 5, 2004 at St. Joseph's Hospital, Syracuse, New York following a long illness. Audrey was born December 10, 1931 in Tully, New York, the daughter of Paul and Agnes (Northrup) Morse. She lived in Nedrow for 40 years before moving back to Tully nine years ago. She was a graduate of Tully High School, University of Rochester School of Nursing, received her Bachelor's degree from SUNY Utica/Rome, and her Master's degree from Syracuse University. She retired form Community General Hospital, Onondaga Hill, New York in 1995 as a nurse practitioner following 28 years of service. She was preceded in death by her parents. Audrey is survived by her husband of 51 years, Harold E. "Harry" Etz; two daughters and their husbands, Mary Ellen and Tim Fowler of Mt. Airy, Maryland, Nancy E. and Herm Lehman of Clinton, New York; three sons and their wives, Paul A. and Suzanne Etz of Pulaski, New York, Thomas R. and Kristen Etz of Austin, Texas and David E. and Mary Etz of Cortland, New York; two brothers-in-law and their wives, Robert & Patricia Etz of Virginia and John and Sandra Etz of California; 14 grandchildren. Services: Wednesday, December 8, 2004, 7:00 p.m. at Ballweg & Lunsford Funeral Home, Inc., with Rev. Thomas Schafer officiating.
