Obituary of Marion Crovitz Crawley

Marion Crovitz Crawley, 98, of Syracuse, New York died Thursday, October 28, 2004 at Sunnyside Nursing Home, Manlius, New York. Marion was born August 13, 1906 in Deferiet, New York, the daughter of Demetrio and Anna (Dmytryk) Crovitz. She grew up in Herrings, New York and lived in Syracuse, New York for many years. She worked as a hotel desk clerk, telephone operator, cashier and typesetter. She was a communicant of Cathedral of the Immaculate Conception. Marion is survived by several nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her brothers, Michael, John and Alexander Crovitz. Services: Saturday, October 30, 2004, 1:00 p.m. at St. Mary's Cemetery Mausoleum, 4100 East Genesee Street, Dewitt, New York with Father Joseph Champlin officiating.
