My dear Brittany, When your mother remained @ home to tend to Sammy, I made sure I supported her and got you to & from your band concerts. When my daughter was ""too busy"" to sit with me...YOU sought me out and sat with me (as it was important to you to make me feel important). You made me feel like a princess! I truly loved you, my little angel, your smile so bright and your giggle so lovely! You were the light of your mother's life. She talked about you each & every day! Oh how we laughed about Corey asking you if your prom date really existed. That kid got the biggest kick out of you. My family is so blessed to have known you and I promise to continue to watch over your mother and keep her strong.

I lost my brother at a young age in a tragic accident and I know the pain you feel. Being the mother of two teenage sons I can't imagine that loss. But know that God wanted our brothers/sisters/daughters and sons for a purpose. One that we don't know of yet. Time will help you to live with the loss, to be able to smile and laugh again. May your daughter shine upon you everyday and bring you the strength to find the answers to your questions. When there is a rainbow, know that she is shining on you and bringing you the warmth that you need to make the day brighter.
