Obituary of Dennis E. Phillips

Dennis E. Phillips, Sr., 54, of Solvay, New York died Sunday, September 19, 2004 at home. Dennis was born June 26, 1950 in Syracuse, New York, the son of Edward and Bernice (Allen) Phillips. He was employed by Oakwood Cemetery for 20 years and worked security for LB Security. He was preceded in death by his mother. Dennis is survived by three sons, Dennis E. Phillips Jr. of Solvay, New York, Dwayne Phillips of Liverpool, New York and Brian Phillips of Eastwood, New York; his father, Edward Phillips; four sisters, Edna McDonald of Liverpool, New York, Grace Rowe of Syracuse, New York, Betty Jean Bartlett of Central Square, New York and Bernadette Barton of Solvay, New York; five brothers, Howard Phillips, Bruce Phillips and Edward Phillips all of Syracuse, New York, Carl Phillips of Kirkville, New York and Darryl Phillips of Solvay, New York; his longtime companion, Sheila Zufelt; six grandchildren, several aunts, uncles, nieces and nephews.
