Nancy J. Tanner, 70, of Syracuse, New York died Friday, September 3, 2004 at Iroquois Nursing Home, Jamesville, New York. Nancy was born January 24, 1934 in Waterville, New York, the daughter of Robert J. and Helen (Roche) Jordan. She graduated from Flower 5th Avenue School of Nursing in New York City and retired from Hutchings Psychiatric Center, Syracuse. Survivors: Her husband of 49 years, Frederick J. Tanner of Syracuse, New York and her daughter, Brendan Tanner of Liverpool, New York. Services: Wednesday, September 8, 2004, 11:30 a.m. at Ballweg & Lunsford Funeral Home.
