Obituary of Dorothy M. Bruce

Dorothy M. Bruce, 94, of Syracuse, New York died Tuesday, June 15, 2004 at Loretto in Syracuse. Dorothy was born January 18, 1910 in North Syracuse, New York, the daughter of William and Edwina (Franklin) Moffat. She was a member of Crouse Irving Memorial Hospital Auxiliary and Atonement Lutheran Church. She was preceded in death by her husband, David J. Bruce Sr. in 1988 and a son, Douglas in 1992. Dorothy is survived by her two sons and their wives, David J. and Ruth Bruce of Jamesville, New York and Richard and Janet Bruce of Bridgehampton, New York; five grandchildren, seven great-grandchildren and several nieces and nephews. Memorial Service: Saturday, June 19, 2004, 10:00 a.m. in Atonement Lutheran Church, 116 W. Glen Avenue, Syracuse, New York with Pastor Peter Suarez officiating.
