Obituary of Albert J. Bero

Albert J. Bero, age 82, died Monday, April 19, 2004 at Van Duyn Home & Hospital, Onondaga Hill, New York. Albert was born December 29, 1920 in Hogansburg, New York the son of Daniel A. and Catherine (Savage) Bero. He lived on Academy Place in the Valley section of Syracuse, New York for many years. He retired in 1983 from Carrier Corporation after 36 years. He was an Army Air Force veteran of World War II and a member of American Legion Valley Post 1468. Albert is survived by three brothers, Dr. George Bero of Massachusetts, Bernard Bero of Hogansburg, New York and William Bero of Massena, New York; several nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his wife, Ruth in 1986 and three brothers, Harold, Daniel and James. Services: Friday, April 23, 2004, 10:30 a.m. in St. Michael's Church, 4782 W. Seneca Turnpike, Onondaga Hill, New York. Burial: Onondaga Valley Cemetery, 2500 Valley Drive, Syracuse, New York.
