Obituary of Ann E. Van Skoik

Ann E. O'Connell Van Skoik, 92, died Saturday. A Life resident of Syracuse, she was the daughter of Patrick and Mary Sheehan O'Connell. She retired from Upstate Medical Center in 1976. She is predeceased by her parents; husband, George H. Van Skoik; son, Robert K. Van Skoik; and sister, Marion Pollman Dristle. Survivors: daughter, Patricia (Richard) Leonard of Albany, NY, and Palm Harbor, FL; son, George "Curly" (Carole) Van Skoik of Baldwinsville; Nephew, Michael Pollman; Niece, Gail Tarnacki; 11 Grandchildren; and a great-great-granddaughter. Services: 10:30 a.m. Wednesday in St. Augustine's Church, Baldwinsville. Burial in St. Agnes Cemetery, Syracuse. There will be no calling hours.
