Grace E. Smith, age 93, of Syracuse, New York, died Wednesday, March 17, 2004 at Van Duyn Home & Hospital, Onondaga Hill, New York. Grace was born October 20, 1910 in Syracuse, New York, the daughter of Earl and Grace (Quinn) Austin. She was the wife of Arthur S. Smith who died June 30, 1964. Mrs. Smith is survived by her son, Gerald A. Smith of Copenhagen, New York.
