Dear One, I am in the midst of the overwhelming sadness, shock of your death, the very beginning of my own grief work. There are few safe, calm spaces in my day but more will come with time. And then ""all at once I hear your voice and time just slips away."" (bonnie raitt) You were and are part of me, my ""big sister"" and in that I find gratitude and joy. I think that I can feel you, hear you, that you are just around the corner and someday I will round that corner and I will see you there, drenched in sunlight with Mom and Dad and all who have gone before. My prayer for you is Peace be yours. I love you, until soon. Joni.

Hi Family - we just arrived home from the funeral and it was a quiet ride, except for every now and then when I thought of another story to share with Tony. He knows how special this family is, now more than ever! I just want to leave you with the last stanza of Kahlil Gabran ""On Death"": ""Only when you drink from the river of silence shall you indeed sing. And when you have reached the mountaintop, then you shall begin to climb. And when the earth shall claim yur limbs, then shall you truly dance."" I have to believe that there is one hell of a dancing party in heaven right now!!! Our love to you all - P&T

MaryAnne, MaryAnne I see you going out the door with earmuffs, but no hat. With a flippant " I don't ware hats" in response to my question. You lady, always had - your way of doing it.You were someone who wanted to be loved, needed to be loved and was, is and always will be loved. No one can replace you. You're a tough act to follow. But you know that already."Take care, see ya" as we would always say, just like last Friday.MaryAnne, you left us a?" quietly, with, no one fussing over you... . Doing it Your way.Thank you for all the memories. God bless.

I never met MaryAnne in person, through business, we had a "phone relationship" that developed over the years. She was always good natured and humorous regarding her hectic days at the office. She spoke most often about her children and grandchildren, and her visits with them, it was obvious they brought great joy to her.Thinking of you and your family at this time with fond memories of MaryAnne.Peace to your hearts.Sharon Weeks

The office will never be the same without MA. She was mother to some and a dear friend to all. Her laughter and spunk will truly be missed. Save "half" a slice of office Birthday cake for MA...Her family and friends will be in my prayers.

MA, you were more than my co-worker of 12 years. You were my friend, my second mother, my confidant. I will always remember your spunk, your zest for life. Thank you for entering my life. Your loss will be felt forever. Sandra

MaryAnne was a strong and beautiful woman. I believe she was ready to meet God. Wether God was prepared for the great ordeal of meeting her, we'll never know. I bet she's holding the reigns in Heaven as she was here on Earth. Thank you MaryAnne! You will be greatly missed and always remembered.
