Obituary of Katherine E. Lillis

Katherine E. Lillis, age 92, of Syracuse, New York died Monday, December 1, 2003 at University Hospital. Katherine was born September 17, 1911 in Fayetteville, New York, the daughter of Henry and Harriet "Hattie" (Perry) Burkhart. She worked as a housekeeper at Hotel Syracuse. She was preceded in death by her husband, John Lillis Sr. in 1975 and three sons, James, David and Maurice. Mrs. Lillis is survived by her son, John Lillis of Syracuse, New York; two daughters-in-law, Donna Lillis of Central Square, New York and Pauline Lillis of Cicero, New York; seven grandchildren,several great grandchildren and great-great grandchildren.
