Obituary of Francis A. Frank" Joy

Francis A. "Frank" Joy, 79, of Syracuse, died Wednesday at Crouse Hospital. He worked for Deluxe Lines for many years and Syracuse Transit Bus Company. He was a member of Valley VIP's and St. Andrews Episcopal Church and the Men's Bible Study Group.
