Obituary of Anna May Pieterek

Anna May Pieterek, 83, of Syracuse died Thursday at Van Duyn Home & Hospital. She retired from Community General Hospital in 1985 as a supervisor in the food service department following 22 years of service. She attended St. Paul's United Methodist Church. She is predeceased by her husband Clarence J. who died in 1971. Survivors: Four daughters; Sue Burton (Bruce), Dawn Smith (Ronald), Sally May (John) all of Syracuse, Darlene Shampine (Edward)) of Cicero, brother Justin Hobart of Preble. Five grandchildren; Brian, Jennifer, Julie, Keith and Kyle, and, a great grand daughter, Sienna. Services: 11 a.m. Tuesday at Ballweg & Lunsford Funeral Home, Syracuse.
