Obituary of Edward R. Sipfle

Edward R. Sipfle, Jr., age 76, of Camillus, New York died Saturday, February 1, 2003 at home. Edward was born July 2, 1926 in Onondaga County, New York, the son of Edward R. and Dorothy (Dawson) Sipfle. He graduated from Onondaga Valley Academy in Syracuse and he lived previously in Knoxville, Tennesee and Watertown, New York. He was a contractor in Syracuse and in Watertown. He was a Navy Veteran of World War II and a member of the American Legion Post in Watertown. He was preceded in death by his first wife, Rosalyn (Nicholas) Sipfle in 1997. Mr. Sipfle is survived by his wife, Ruth (Valerino) Sipfle; two daughters, Cynthia Prichard and Melanie Martin both of Rochester, New York; one son, Edward R. "Bud" Sipfle III of Tully, New York; Three stepdaughters, Theresa Harris of Clay, New York, Donna Valerino of Syracuse, New York and Linda Valerino of St. Croix, Virgin Islands; one stepson, Albert Valerino of Camillus, New York; two sisters, Patricia Louis of Syracuse, New York and Jill Stanton of Florida; 12 grandchildren.
