Obituary of William M. Phelps

William M. "Bill" Phelps, age 52, of LaFayette, New York died Tuesday, January 7, 2003 at St. Joseph's Hospital, Syracuse, New York. William was born July 9, 1950 in Buffalo, New York, the son of Raymond and Edna (Stall) Phelps. He was a 1972 graduate of State University College of Environmental Science and Forestry, Syracuse, New York and Syracuse University Class of 1980. He was a financial consultant for The New England, East Syracuse, New York for 15 years and he worked part time at Home Depot in East Syracuse in the Garden Center as a horticulturist. He was a member of the LaFayette Optimist Club and a communicant of St. Joseph?s Church, LaFayette. He is survived by his wife of 20 years, Margaret A. "Peggy" (Mullett) Phelps; one daughter, Kara E. Phelps and one son, Scott W. Phelps both of LaFayette, New York.
